LOOK AT THE RECORD, BEYOND THE PARTY LABEL

Josh introduced HB 763 with bipartisan co-sponsors to cut red tape in Montana’s Block Management Program.

“HB 763 is a commonsense solution that cuts bureaucratic red tape, making it easier for landowners to participate… truly represents a win-win solution: enhanced public access alongside respect for private property rights.”

— Montana Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers

The bill passed its final House vote 97–1, with every voting Republican supporting it, and passed the Senate 48–2 before being signed into law.
