Bringing Montanans Together to Protect Public Access

Josh sponsored HB 763, a bipartisan proposal supported by the Montana Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers. The bill was designed to make it easier for landowners to provide walk-in access to landlocked public lands without requiring hunting on their private property.

“HB 763 truly represents a win-win solution: enhanced public access alongside respect for private property.”
