Josh Seckinger sponsored and passed bipartisan legislation in the Montana Legislature, including HB 763, a bill designed to reduce red tape in Montana’s Block Management Program. The bill passed its final House vote 97–1, with every voting Republican supporting it, and passed the Senate 48–2 before being signed into law.
